miss misunderstood

doc?! mamatay po ba ako?!....

lola! gising! okai lng po ba kayo?! lola...gising po... syet! nanlalamig na siya! lola! gising!

last saturday, i went to my dermatologist for my allergy update... sadly, the doctor said to continue on drinking my medicine for another month. damn.. kelan ba ito mawawala?! and so i ask the doctor "doc?! mamatay po ba ako?!" cause there seems to be no way to cure my allergy. feeling irritated the doctor replied "nakakainis ka naman monet eh! di ka pa mamatay"... it was a relief to here those words...

“chronic urticaria” the doctor read. “is a blah blah blah blah” nothing to worry about… “doc I always feel thirsty, does that have anything to do with my medicine intake?!” she took another book and “yeah, it’s a side effect of zadec; dry mouth” nothing to worry… after a short but brief discussion about my allergy she handled me a paper containing a prayer…yes, a prayer. It is actually stress reducing prayer cause she thought that stress may be one of things that triggers my allergy.. it is my assignment to recite it twice a day, 5mins in the morning and another 5 mins before going to bed… and it does do me good. Here’s how it goes.

instruction: close your eyes, sit up straight, breathe through your stomach, put your right hand on top of your left hand on your lap.

Inhale say:”Jeeee”. Exhale say:”sus” (as in Jesus)

GOD is here. God is now.

I and my father are one in spirit an din action.

I AM created by the Divine Light.

I AM surrounded by the Divine Light.

I AM protected by the Divine Light.

I AM sustained by the Divine Light.

I AM ever-growing in the Divine Light.

My body is the temple of the Living God.

It is pure, whole and perfect in every part.

God bless me with His infinite substance,

Healing power and prosperity of the body, mind and spirit.

That life is my life now.

Healing, restoring, uplifting and protective power of the Lord.

IT IS DONE, THANK YOU GOD.

I know it seems like a prayer that drives evil spirits away. it is..sort of… it’s a healing slash stress reducing prayer..you all guys have to try this… so, enough talking about my allergy.

Sunday came. Me and my mom went to celebrate Mass together. We seated behind an old lady who came to church alone.. as the Mass went on, my mom noticed that the old lady hasn’t moved since she took her seat. My mom tapped the old lady’s shoulder and asked if she’s feeling alright. The lady didn’t reply. My mom panic. She went out to ask somebody’s help to take the lady in the nearby hospital, she asked my to look after the lady and massage the lady’s fingers.

Others came to help… massage the lady’s fingers hard… at last..she yawned… the lady just fell asleep, the one who came to help said. My mom returned with some man to carry the lady to the hospital but the lady was already wiping her saliva. I don’t know how to react before… like…hell?! What happened?!

Then I thought. “what if someday, ill be like her?! going to church alone.. eating alone… growing old without no one..what if ill die in the church without no one noticing it?! What if…what ifs….” A lot of question filled my brain... damn after a long thinking, my brain hurt. Sakeet pare.. hehhee..=] finally I said to myself..anjan naman sina Janice and lea pag tumanda ako mag isa…whehehehehhehe…sad noh?!
